Some define passive income and portfolio income differently. For simplicity, I’m considering them one and the same – income NOT “earned” via a paycheck from my employer. Here is my passive income breakdown as of month-end.

      On your questions:

      1. Preferred Shares: no, we have not bought preferred shares previously. I recently consider some preferred share ETFs, but didn’t decide on anything.

      2. BDC’s: I assume you’re referring to business development companies; if yes, then no, we have not invested in any.

      What are your thoughts on preferred shares and BDC’s?
